Sexual misconduct: on-record allegations, with the adjudicated layer

Gray counts identifiable, on-record public accusations of sexual assault or misconduct, accusations, not findings. The accent layer counts what a jury actually adjudicated. The label carries the ethics: fame, era, and incentives all influence allegation counts in ways verdicts are immune to.

On-record allegations (unadjudicated) Jury-adjudicated finding
One outlet's lists, not a perfectly matched standard. The gray counts follow Business Insider's running lists: at least 26 women who have accused Trump of sexual misconduct, including assault; four who have publicly accused Clinton of sexual assault or harassment; and for Biden, the one assault allegation among eight women who said he touched them inappropriately (seven of the eight said his behavior was not harassment or assault). Trump's list is the most inclusive of the three, so read the gap as an order of magnitude, not an exact ratio.

The adjudicated sliver is the panel's anchor: on August 17, 2026, the Supreme Court exhausted the final appeal of the Carroll verdict, making the jury's finding that a president sexually abused a woman a permanent, unappealable fact of the record, the only such finding against any president. Everything gray remains what it is: accusations denied by the accused, most never tested in court.
